If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can&#8217;t offer you a full refund or exchange<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Refunds<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your     refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Late or missing refunds<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> If you haven&#8217;t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Then contact your credit card company, may take some time before your refund is officially posted<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> If you&#8217;ve done all of the above and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Sales.amtechindustries@gmail.com<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Exchanges<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> If you need to exchange it for the same product, send us an email at Sales.amtechindustries@gmail.com and send your item to 15 Starling Street Mackenzie Park, Benoni, 1501<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Shipping retums<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> To return your product you should courier your product to 15 Starling Street Mackenzie Park. Benoni 1501<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> If you are returning more expensive items you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
