CONMED’s LS8000 Direct LED Light Source achieves consistent light output, producing a reliable color spectrum throughout its lifetime. It has built-in communication from the IM8000 camera head(s) to the light source for control of light output with standby option. This avoids excessive heat at the scope that may engage the drape. Energy-efficient LED technology can last up to 40 times longer than other light source types.
